Guess who guys
Lots of clutter on mobile app, one shouldn’t have to scroll sideways (no one does that) make viewing vertical, consolidate positions and performance etc etc. The feed page is a great start, just implement that kind of style to your positions page. Feel like that’d solve a lot of issues and complaints

Since it got updated last week I can’t see balances in widgets section of iOS app. Can someone please fix that ?

Transferred account from RH and the Fidelity app blows. The feed is useless, I have to go through a few screens to see my positions. Nothing seems easy to do. Even the Schwab app is better. Will give it a few weeks to get used to it otherwise I’ll find a different broker.

Coming from Robinhood I would love to see the app cleaned up. It just is harder to navigate. I don’t like the pictures in the background. I just wish it was as simple as Robinhood. Great service here I just do not like the appearance at all.

Quick view used to show account totals and daily gains/losses. Now just says data unavailable. Quick access used to let you see accounts without logging in. Now that doesn’t work either. Had the app a long time but there hasn’t been really one improvement to it the entire time, just issues.

Just transferred from Robinhood to fidelity, the mobile app is in desperate need of better user interface. Best thing about Robinhood is the transparency of the software for mobile and desktop. Fidelity also does not give data of your positions after hours or pre market. Charts are clunky app is overall kind of clunky

Quick Access where you can see your balances without logging on isn’t working with the current version of the app.

On some thinks like wash sale of 2018 brought to my attention in 2021 and Fidelity sold my stock ROKU without my consent. I had my washsale taken care in my taxes in 2018. Last week after sending email and selling ROKU stock within minutes was unfair. I believe Fidelity needed stock for some reason like squeeze. This stock has rallied some 50 points and has caused my account to miss a gain of some $2000.00 I am asking management to look into this and compensate my account. This happened in my cash account
