Once I close my positions I’m gone. Their customer service is about as bad as I’ve ever witnessed. No dedication or care whatsoever. They could had a long time customer here. Highly disappointed!

Update 2/10/21: the quick access (view balances without logging in) is not working. I receive an error message each time I try to enroll. Older: The positions tab displays poorly compared to the previous version. Bold faced type wastes space, means a lot of horizontal scrolling or having to turn phone on its side. It’s not even the same font as the one used in the rest of the app. Nearly half the screen is taken up on the column with the company’s name, a waste of space.

Market charts do not track to the end of the trading day, cutting off approximately 15 minutes of data at the end of the day. The numerical total reflects the correct data but it isn’t displayed in the chart.

Fidelity is one of the best brokers and financial advisors out there. Lots of educational content on investing and the platform lays out all your portfolio data and metrics very neatly. Highly recommend.

Overall great. But even the best can improve. Suggest you display estimated annual yield next to each individual holding on the Holdings page. Make it the right column? That’s what I see in other brokers’ reports. Thanks for your consideration!

The app is not on par with competing apps such as Robinhood.

Okay Recently left another broker that I don’t trust and fidelity as a broker seems to be unanimously the most trusted. I like that. In terms of actual app usability/feel/navigation, it is really frustrating. I understand what they’re going for, but what they have now should only be used on a desktop. The mobile version needs more than a facelift it needs an entire new face. I hope your team can figure out a better way to interact with the mobile app and look forward to future updates.

After using Robinhood I really dislike the app itself. I had to leave Robinhood though because of their suspect business. I do think fidelity needs to overhaul their app.

I just got the new basin of the app and it is having trouble with bringing things up for me. Almost everything but trading says, “OOPS We’re unable to load this content.” It also transfers over to the Fidelity Quick View widget. Data unable to load. It stinks, but trading and alerts are working just fine, so I don’t have a lot of trouble there.
