Waste

Eascoaster

Waste of time. Keeps asking for username and password even though app updates says it has improve it. Improved where? What a joke.

No information

JDnJo

Does not work. App and the EyeMed online web page do not show or print an ID card. Does not even show any benefits.

Script portion does not work. Plus no out of network provision

Would be 5 stars if it used Touch ID

Ugly app. Hard to use. Awful.

Aveman101

During the registration process I repeatedly had to start over because every time I would switch to another app to copy my member ID or my secure password generator, the app would reset. Terrible user experience. Furthermore, this is perhaps the ugliest app I have ever laid eyes on. You would think a vision insurance provider would care more about how their brand LOOKS!

Please make this better

evang007

You can’t even see you full account number! Please spend a little time and make this app better.

It worked. At one time anyway

Jonmon72

Was able to login back in 2017. Now the app will not let me sign in nor will it allow me to change my password. I tried to register my name again but when I do it takes me to a screen that says Nice to see you and the screen just spins. Also when using as a guest the screen does the same Horrible app until the scratch it and rebuild

Can’t login

bday1223

Set my username, email and password on desktop. Immediately tried to log into the app and it says it can’t log in. As useless as the website. Website doesn’t have up to date information or providers. Have to call all doctors around to check versus using site. 1/5 if those listed don’t take eyemed or are out of business. Then those who do take aren’t listed. The entire experience from desktop to app is garbage.
