Does everything it's supposed to

I was eligible for benefits on the first of the year. Today, I registered my account, viewed my ID cards, reviewed my coverage and looked up nearby providers with zero problems. It only loses a star for looking like a mobile website as opposed to an app and for having to type in my location to find a provider near me. It should default to the location my policy is registered to. I can only assume previous users with poor experiences either do not have an active policy with Eye Med or don't really know how to use a smartphone app.

Okay 4 stars because it didn't remind my dumb _ _ _ that I already had an account set up. In my first review I said it didn't work 4 me. But once I realized to hit forgot password and generated a new one it worked perfect. Hell I don't even think I hit send on my first review. So don't be a dumb_ss like me having a brain fart moment. Hitting Send

I am able to view my plan information and card without issue. If you download the app and are unable to view your information, I would recommend contacting their customer support line.

I always have my IDcard and don't have to rush around searching just before I should be walking out the door!!!
Registration not working

I have had eyemed for years and thought getting the app would be ideal as I can never seem to find my card when I need it. I downloaded the app but the registration portion doesn't do anything. I've read the password requirements etc. and tried several times to no avail. As a result, the app is useless to me.

Thanks for the fix! It works great now. I would like to see the eyemed card available for the apple wallet.
Doesn't appear on my phone

This has been really frustrating. The "GET" button wasn't live when I tried to download this app directly to my phone. I got it onto my computer via the App Store and synched the phone, and it is nowhere to be found on my phone. Yet it appears in the list of apps when I look at it from my computer. I give up! It seemed like a good idea, though.
