Trying to register on the app or web gives a "failed to open" error before I can even get to a screen to enter my information. Looks like you can buy policies easily, but when it comes to managing them they don't care. Deleted the app.

Very frustrating. After a time consuming hassle to download the app and register, this is basically a link to the mobile website. Deleted it.
Worked once, but now it doesn't

The app no longer works. You can't log in and there's no error message as to why. ID cards didn't show up even when I could log in.

I downloaded the app, logged in no problem and then went to view my benefits and it takes me right back to the log in page. Log in again, same thing. App is completely non-functional. Time to delete it.

I read the reviews and decided to try it anyway thinking they could all be wrong. But they're not. After putting all the info in twice it would not register me. Did nothing. Sure hope the vision coverage is better than the app.

I have never been able to register or login despite several attempts, including deleting the app and then downloading.
View ID card doesn't work

Main reason I got this app was to have my ID card at my fingertips. Doesn't work at all please fix
