Apple Wallet add issue

Its a good app. I like it. But for the life of me I can’t figure out how to export the card into my Apple Wallet. I’ve even tried tweeting EyeMed. No luck yet. The instructions aren’t clear and I don’t see an export button when you go to the card. So as of now, I can’t rate this a 5 star until that’s explored and fixed or they remove the fact you can add it to Apple Wallet because you can’t currently.

What’s the point? No claims status in app.

This app is just basic information about benefits. There is no way to view current or past claims status. What is the point of the app?? Please add claims status for all claims for past year.

Constantly states it is updating and as soon as it is done it crashes everytime. New user not good start for me.

Terrible app. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. No way to get more results after doing a search to expand the search area.

Requires Email Notification... where is it?

Come on people, I am at the eye care center and they want to see my membership card, you know the one that NEVER CHANGES??? And before the app will allow me to log in, I have to validate my email. But the email never comes. Complete waste of effort.

I’m a software engineer yet I cannot log into their app. First of all you need different credentials than their web app, which is dumb. I’ve registered with three different usernames and all fail to log me in. And the app has no way of resetting your password on mobile.

I don’t know if it is the app or EyeMed itself, my member card does not have a member ID number, therefore I can’t even use this app. The toll-free number does not have anyone available to speak to and there are no numbers available to get customer service. Disappointed, typical American healthcare expensive And of low value. Hopefully someone will review this contact me and I will gratefully update my review.

I downloaded the app. And it’s asking for user name and password. Obviously being new to the app. I don’t have one and there’s no where to set up an account.

I have the same issue of not being able to download member ID from the app or through the web. It’s irritating ! Definitely moving out next year.
