Horrible waste of time!

Every time I try to log in (via Face ID or password), it starts kicking out email verification codes. Usually no less than 8. Good luck trying to find the one that works. Then every time you try one, it kicks out a couple more. Completely worthless if you can’t even log in.
Website and phone apps don’t work

The website and cell phone apps won’t function without a Verification code that never arrives. I asked for a list of providers to be emailed to me from both the automated system and from a representative. They never arrived. The developer support button goes to the phone support. Almost impossible to get through to a rep on the phone .
App is a Waste of space

I created an account. I have been repeatedly trying to access my account through the app with no success. Don’t bother downloading. It is literally a blank screen.
Submitting claims

It would be nice to be able to submit claims through the app. Barring that, it would be nice to be able to use the app to look up how to submit a claim.

Asked me to input a token that’s emailed to me. Takes 5 minutes to get said email. Then I type the code in and it tells me it’s wrong. It automatically sends another token each time I go back tot he app. So by the time I was done I had 16 emails with codes that were no good because it kept sending new ones each time I refocused the app. Tried the mobile site and save thing. Customer service last kept telling me to check my spam folder after I’d told her 3 times I am getting the emails!!!!! They reset my login I signed up again and it worked with browser. Back to the app and still asking fir code after force close and phone restart. What a pile of trash app.

Cannot add EyeMed card to Apple Wallet

The latest update claims you can store your EyeMed card in Apple Wallet. I could not find any way to load my card to Apple Wallet.

The app says you can store your card in Apple Wallet. Well, tall us how. I see no option to add to Wallet. Interface is pretty dated as well.

Just got an update saying that I could now add my insurance card to Apple wallet. Just tried and it’s not working.
