Terrible

This app is terrible. I’m stuck in a continuous loop of needing to enter a verification code. I enter my login info, get the prompt for the code, enter the code, and then nothing. I tap the sign in button again and it’s the same thing.

This app does not recognize any of my info. The browser version works fine. I seen that there was another similar review about a year ago. Fixes and enhancements up to at much as 4 weeks ago, yet this app is not preforming at all?
The App Is Horrible & so is the online portal.

Online states you can process claims online or through the app and both do not work. I tried calling customer service and they didn’t know know how to do it.

Multiple tries. It doesn’t work. Can log in fine with the same credentials on the web

There’s no way for me to create an account since my card has no member ID.
Can’t access full website from app.

It says on the app that you can access the full website through a link at the bottom of any page, but the link isn’t there. Can’t see any claims on the app.

The app sends a token, I enter it and then it makes me login again and sends another token.... I can’t use it
