Cannot login after iOS update

I can't login after the iOS 10 was put out. I had to re download the app, and it still would not log me in. I keep getting an error that says "Cannot Login-Try Again Later" but it never lets me in. I reset my password-still no dice. Spoke with their customer support and they said there is nothing they can do
No spouse/children info

I had my eye exam early September 2016 and downloaded this app a few days later. The app doesn't show any info for spouse/ children on the primary user's plan. It doesn't allow you to add family members who are on the plan. Why is that? Please upgrade this app to include all family members on all the Eyemed eye care plans. 2 stars for having my husband's info correct. Thanks.
Register doesn't work

When I click on register (after completing all the fields), the page just scrolls to the top, nothing else happens.
Please fix all the bugs

Cannot register or login. Error after completing all fields cannot be completed at this time. No multi tasking, soon as u leave application and go back to it it starts at home screen again and u lose whatever previous screen u were on.
App not working

Pop-up ads keep trying to load in safari instead of loading the choice you click on. Couldn't view special offers at all.

App crashes and tries to load spam in safari. Needs alot of work to run smoothly.

Putting the "remember me" option on doesn't keep you lodged in. How about some Touch ID.
