It took twice as long to enter birth dates and credit card expiration date than it did to find my flights, there must be a better way to do this rather than a scroll that keeps reverting to today's date. You update frequently, why can't you make this easier? I will think twice about using this app again.

I've used Expedia for years always checking competition for best pricing and still coming back. The app is seamless and easy. On the rare occasion when I have to call CS, they are great! I have no complaints about the app, never had a single problem with it.

The worst experience I have EVER had in my life! Room 304. Everything is dirty! The middle of the beds are caved in, the shower is yellow and has visible mold or dirt in the shower. The carpet has never been cleaned and is full of stains and dirt. I had to leave my trip after the first night because we got NO sleep at all on those beds! My husband, my 6 year old and myself had our Labor Day vacation ruined! We had our dog and couldn't find another hotel to take us, so we had to drive 3 hours home. We were supposed to spent 3 days in Breckinridge! I spoke with Bill at 11am and told him about the conditions, I was promised a refund from him but I had to go thru Expedia. When Expedia called Patty had lied and told them I checked out at 5pm and put the do not disturb sign on the door. I called Patty directly and she insulted me! She yelled at me, told me to "shut up" called me a"liar", refused to acknowledge there was a problem and refused a refund! These people are scammers running an OLD run down motel! Buyer beware!!!!!

It took me five calls to get a refund after something was canceled, absolutely horrible customer service you will be sorry if you use Expedia. The app works fine but Expedia has got the most complaints of any company, go look it up

The app stopped functioning after the latest release. Force closes while clicking the My Trips tab.

I can't book a hotel because it always says there's a search error!!!! Why?!? Can you please fix that. I mean, come on.

I have the latest version on my iPhone 4s and it keeps crashing after startup. It use to work perfectly but now it's not working at all. I really miss it.

Worst app ever. You can spend hours booking and before you can confirm the flight it crashed. When I called customer service I spoke to 5 different people and kept getting disconnected. 4 hours later, what a waste of time!!!
