Revamp needed in choosing the traveler.

I have never felt so compelled to write a bad review. Expedia when I purchase a ticket for myself on your app, I love it. It’s easy to follow up with check-in and I love that I get updates about delays, etc. However, twice now I have been burned by purchasing a ticket for my college-age children and have forgotten to switch the traveler which automatically defaults to me. This results in very expensive re-ticketing and me having to deal with your call center which is the most unfriendly, unhelpful call center I’ve ever had to deal with. Please make another screen where it asks you to verify the traveler. Or make it stop deflating to the purchaser. I’m sure there is an easy fix to this easy-to-make problem.

Needed to change a flight bought insurance, but was told in the fine print you can only change for medical reasons.

I love expedia.. i only paid .96 for a hotel with my husband that we booked last minute for a day date in Vegas! I used my expedia points that I collected over the years!

Would be even better if the map linked to a live map that tells you where you are. Also some critical information seems missing from the hotel reservation sometimes.
