Simple and clean

Very simple and easy to use. This is my go to when I want to book either a hotel or flight. Although sometimes the prices are different compared to the PC version. And wish they had more features to it like writing notes when you book a hotel room.
Need a bundle deals tab

Just make it known u still get the hotel discount when booking on the app. The lack of the "bundle deals" tab made me weary of booking a trip(both flight and hotel) on the app but luckily it popped up after I bought the flight but I would like one simple transaction. Get the bundle tab and I'll give it 5 stars. I don't like it arbitrarily applying my Expedia points for me.

Unbooked itineraries that you've saved on the website are NOT available when you sign in through the app. No way to book a vacation (air and hotel) on the app -- you can only do one or the other, so presumably no bundle pricing. Their website promises "triple points" if you book using the app, but when you use the app you can't book the trip you want. Very frustrating.
Limited functionality, deceptive pricing practices

Downloaded it again to give it a 2nd chance... what a huge mistake. Any flight reservation made on the app will not reflect your TSA Precheck status, even if your TSA information is already saved in your Expedia account on the main webpage. This inability to get basic functions down severely handicaps the app. Are these app developers paying any attention? It seems like half of the time the ticket price magically goes up at the end. Watch out for these ridiculous "Expedia booking fee" they sneak in and barely make visible only on the last screen - so shady. These deals are oftentimes not even very good and you can find better ones at competitors like Trip Advisor and at the airlines website (who typically won't charge you some sneaky "booking fee"). Expedia's service is a joke and has only continually worsened as they get bigger and take over more and more brands. Stay far, far away.

Simple, it does what you need it to do and more. I booked 3 full trips with the app earning extra points which I was able to cash in during my booking for a discount on the hotels. Can't beat that kind of service through an app. Try it, get involved and get to booking :-)

Makes traveling so much easier by allowing for quick and easy search and purchase of hotels, rental cars and flights. I've used it on several trips now and it's saved me hours of time. Won't be traveling without it!

Good service for all these years. Love the app. Would've give it a 4-5 stars but the app keeps crashing. I've reinstalled so many times and when I called customer service to let them know, they said their technical support team is hearing this for the first time ? I'm reading the reviews and it seems that others are experiencing the same issues. I want to book a flight and hotel through the app to receive 3x points but can't!!! Please fix your bugs!!!!!!!! ??????? Also try to add the bundle button and make the bundle a bit more attractive.
