I have been using Expedia for so many years , in my opinion it’s the safety place to buy your dreaming Vacation or just a business flying ticket

Something I definitely love about Expidia is the costumer service. You have a problem with your rental or hotel they step in and try to do everything they can so you have an enjoyable trip. Been using them for 5 years and I don’t have anything complain.

I LOVE THIS APP. I use it to plan every vacation because it lists amazing resorts and locations AND it’s super organized. I definitely have recommended this app to friends and family and I will continue to do so. The ONLY thing that would make it better is if there was a list we could save planned trips to. For example, if I want to go to Fiji and I plan a trip there and get all the information but can’t financially afford to book it that day, I would LOVE to be able to save that trip to a page on my account. That way, when the trip is more affordable, I can book it later if the flights and rooms are still available.

Thank goodness Harrah’s has good customer service or this mini vacation would have been extremely disappointing. Not only did we pay more for our room through Expedia than if we had booked directly through the hotel, but the rooms we booked and paid ahead for (King Room, West Tower) were not available. Our traveling companions had the same experience as we all booked on Expedia. We will never use the service again for a hotel in Reno, NV.

Great app, easy to use, plenty of options and suggestions, blah, blah, blah The only problem is I ended up paying 30-50% more than quoted price EVERY time I booked wth Expedia. Be it resort fees, amenity fees, living and breathing fees, whatever. It's a scam. Call the hotels and find out exactly what it will cost because Expedia will never tell you.
Payment process is WAY TOO SLOW

I had to do it for like 5 times - extremely slow at the stage where CC is booked and confirmed... Pls improve as it waste so much of my valuable times. Way too SLOW
