This app made it very easy to book my entire trip in 1 location & get updates as well. It’s also easy to check everything. Cancellations & changes may be made as well. I used this in conjunction with the Delta app.
App will not let you book s hotel

The app continues to give an error when booking a hotel and tells you to call customer support : but customer support can not or will not use your Expedia points to book over the phone . Btw - app will not add to Apple wallet or have a path to add your reservation to the calendar.

I enjoy using the app, only wish that the app included a favorites section and as well as more details like on the website. Other than that the app is user friendly.
Horrible app and customer service

Does not work well at all on Cyber Monday deals. It would not let me complete my order after I finally was able to use the coupon. Customer service was very unhelpful and spoke very poor English. Just a bad dishonest system. Trying to screw customers for maximum profits.
