This app is garbage! They don’t refund you ever. Expedia is not a customer service based company I would say stay away from this app and company. Hopper or Skyscanner are much better apps to use and are 1000% more customer service based.

Under the "what's new" section that tells you what is being updated, there is only an advertisement telling people that there's still time to book holiday fights. This should be against Apple terms of service. This is not an update. Just a waste of data and an attempt to gain more business. Not good with me and I've used Expedia exclusively for years.

We travel often and with a family of five that isn’t always the easiest. This app lets you book everything in one place. My favorite part is it shows all your bookings in one place. So i can check off: hotel, flights, and car. Done done and done. Highly recommend. Plus no anxiety attack’s because all the information is in a central location ???

Use to use Kayak app religiously. Getting things was getting worse and worse. Switched to Expedia and so glad I did.

The app is lack luster to say the least. I've had the unfortunate pleasure of having to call five separate times now to follow up on a reservation I made on the app. The staff have been completely clueless both about the app, how it works, and the hotel and activity information they sell in general. They do say I'm sorry 50 times during your telephone call. The average call is 45 minutes. I am completely unimpressed. I will not advise anyone to use Expedia as a service or the Expedia app.

Launched a campaign for free rooms. Many people followed the instructions, app did not work. Unreliable and disappointing.

App kept saying that the prices on deals had changed to $300 more but on the Expedia website I had no trouble getting the tickets at the promised original price.
