Good except for the breakfast.

Nice motel for the price. The room was nice with plenty of room. The only complaint was the complimentary breakfast. About the only food available was toast and bagels. They had cereal but no milk. They also had packets of oatmeal and grits but no place to heat them. There was no juice, just coffee.

This is an ALERT for all those who use Expedia to travel, DO NOT USE this company ANYMORE! I booked a package to Italy next February. and I bought a basic package and now I want to cancel it and they tell me that there is no refund and the insurance that I put on it is nothing more than that they refund you if you die or have a terminal illness. they took $1,100 and Delta Airlines didn't even give me credit. a real ROBBERY!! Please pass this information on to everyone don't fall into the same trap. make it viral on the networks!!!.


Worst ever experience

You cannot rebook a flight with the cancelled flight credit with their restrictions and policies, asking me to contact the airline customer service. United asked me call back Expedia. Worst experience I ever had . I will never use this 3rd party apps anymore. Every time I go to rebook a flight using the credit, it says something went wrong from end. I tried several times. It comes with same page. Is this how Expedia loots peoples money.

This site has gone from being the one I use to travel to being the worst to deal with in any way. I just made travel plans and this site, not the airline, repeatedly set me up for a flight where my layover was in Atlanta for 2 DAYS. but it didn’t say that anywhere except in the overview of the trip. I couldnt fix it I tried twice. No one to help. Only an automated agent that said it couldn’t find my info. Worst travel site ever. 3 phone calls on hold for 45 minutes each just to try to fix it. I cancelled everything. And my account.


Expedia is useless

I cannot do anything in this app, and I highly suggest you stay far from this company. I have wasted thousands of dollars with this company. When you need to do anything, you have to call. You will stay on hold for hours just to get hung up on. If you actually get ahold of anyone, they will act like it’s been taken care of just to find out it actually wasn’t, and they have no record of it. They will just give you lip service. The best advice I can give you is to go to a travel planner in person, or better yet, deal directly with the airlines and hotels.

Customer service not helpful and they work with scammer company

First, I rent a car in Honolulu and it was a scam company that has really really bad reviews. I didn’t research the company and trust Expedia too much. Second, I try to add collision protection online before the trip but the system is too buggy after I give my credit card number. I call Expedia to add collision protection and I have been transferred call three times between three customer service agents. The last one finally helped me but he sounds little bit impatient. I don’t trust Expedia anymore. The first time and the last time I am using this app.
