Bad news

Arrived at our hotel in Tequila, MX and the receptionist informed me that they haven’t done business with Expedia in months. Consequently, we had no reservation and the hotel said we could pay for rooms (again) and ask for a refund from Expedia. Not what you want to hear after 6 hours of travel. Now begins the long and painful process of getting our 3 day stay refunded.

My flight was canceled they never sent an email or update. I tried to speak with a representative and they clearly let me know they didn’t have time for me
Useful but doesn’t reflect changes

With constant flight changes due to Covid - the app does not reflect my new updated flights. It always displays the first flight booked. Makes it really challenging when I am juggling my family’s flights from the app. Must save emails with changes.

I frequently have to close the app and reopen it when the screen get stuck on loading. Happens EVERY TIME.

It is a good hotel. Plenty of parking spaces. The room was cleaned. Free breakfast. Even though the hotel name has the string Orange County Airport, it is very quiet. We did not hear any airplane noise for the two days we stayed there.
Don’t get insurance with them!!!

Don’t get the insurance on a rental car through the app get it directly from the rental establishment it’s a better quality insurance and easier customer service
Flight cancellation protection plan as a joke on us!

So I had to reschedule my flight and could not get a hold Expedia customer service. When I finally did reach customer service they had a hard time finding my information…. ?????? What? Mind blowing! Gave them my itinerary number, telephone number, and email address can’t find me. When they was finally able to find me with my credit card information. They were able to reschedule my flight for the Price of a new ticket. So I might as well book another ticket for that flight. That is crazy. So I don’t know what flight cancellation protection plan is for. Expedia stop scamming your customers! I will never book with Expedia again! Very unsatisfied customer if I can give you zero stars I would.
