Waste of time

The app gives you suggestions and deals but none of the suggestions were remotely close to me. When I tried to search in a specific area nothing pops up. Maybe my trip just isn’t extravagant enough to use this app. So, I’m deleting it. I’m irritated I wasted my time downloading and trying to search so many different things.

i booked two different hotels and both were canceled money was taken out of my card and still haven't got into a hotel room i had to sleep in my car i'll never use expedia again it's impossible getting ahold of anyone in person terrible customer service

Was notified as landed at the airport that the car i rented was not available. No upgrade available and the manager at the store was not helpful. The car I got was clearly not an upgraded. It was dirty... No safety features, and it smells. SO NOT HAPPY!!!

Ever since COVID, the customer service and overall experience has gone down drastically. My flight was canceled and tried to book another flight with the airline credit provided. When I tried to contact customer service it felt like a wild goose chase. Don’t bother using the virtual agent chat on the website because they will completely blow you off and randomly disconnects you, they will lie to you and say everything is booked accordingly but will send back a different booking. Its very frustrating and there are a bunch of hidden fees to booking with airline credit. Its never straight forward and booking is a pain

Worst costumer service on planet.

I wish could give out a zero star. We had our trip canceled due flight cancelation. We called them to rearrange for hotel and the agent said he rearranged the hotel dates. It turns out he just said that and did not do it. I could never get a straight answer from calling them. Their costumer service is a joke. Do not trust them and go for alternative services.

I spent over 3 hours today trying to book a flight with credit from a previously canceled flight. I have over $2000 in credit! I spoke with 5 different agents and got conflicting information. I still don’t have my flights booked. Never again Expedia!
