As an active user frequently seeking for valuable events in a relatively fixed location, I sincerely wish the app could add a functionality for users to bookmark/save event organizers, for high quality organizers can always hold attractive events, yet for several occasions I missed them. And the email latent factor recommendation algorithm needs some serious remodeling.

Festival wise this app is amazing. Can buy tickets to all these festivals, then the tickets are in the app and save to your phone as well. This app is 5 star hands down.

I've used this app for a few years now. But I just purchased tickets for two events, and they are not showing up in my events. I've gone back to the confirmation emails several times, opened the app, signed in, followed all the trouble shooting instructions, and nothing! I don't want to use paper print outs, but it seems I have no choice. How can an app that used to work so well, suddenly become downgraded. This us not cool!

This app cost me tickets to the event. Too slow and kept saying "on sale in 5 minutes." By the time I realized I had to back all the way out every time to actually refresh the attempt to purchase, the event was sold out. I won't use it again.
No Ticket Reserve as you enter CC info

I was very disappointed in my experience with this ticket purchasing platform. I had logged in for an event, and as soon as the tickets became available I clicked through. I had entered my CC info, and ALL of the additional information requested. As I clicked to submit my purchase, I was told tickets were unavailable. Eventually the status changed to 'sold out'. I already had requested 2 tickets and entered my information. I do not understand how the tickets I am currently purchasing can be sold to other people! Definitely a flaw in the set-up. I am very disappointed to be missing a great experience due to this site, and do not recommend for other events to use.
