Poor customer service, no tickets showing up in profile, no confirmation email or support. I was charged for tickets and don't have any and have no option for assistance from them at all. Hard to even find a way to contact a human being! Would not recommend

I use Eventbrite to both attend local networking events and have used the organizer app for my own events. Works great in both cases.

Like it, but app has a bug. I was able to create an Eventbrite account without problem. I created the account because I wanted to be able to save favorite events. At first everything was working, I saved a list of 12 events that I was interested in. Then after searching and finding the 13 event of interest, then adding it, it saved but the previously added 12 events were lost. I searched on my first topic, and from that resultset I saved 12 events without problem. Then I searched on my second topic, and added 1 from that resultset, it was at that time that the previously added 12 were lost.

Love the website and app, which are separate entities, but work in tandem helping you use, find, and sign up for events. Love the function to see who's going from your social media, which also allows you to link up & attend events with friends!

Worked perfectly! I can show people at the event that I purchased the tickets on my phone and avoid wasting paper.

This app is killer. I use it on an iPhone and it's always a stellar experience. Makes keeping up with tickets a non issue. I had a ticket to Something Wonderfull 2015 which was rained out. They redistributed free tickets for Something Wonderful 2016 if you had one to the 2015 show and this app basically took care of that for me. Stored my ticket for an entire year and it was there when I needed it. AWESOME! This is a must have app for any frequent concert go'er.
