Where are my tickets? – Eventbrite Review

I've used this app for a few years now. But I just purchased tickets for two events, and they are not showing up in my events. I've gone back to the confirmation emails several times, opened the app, signed in, followed all the trouble shooting instructions, and nothing! I don't want to use paper print outs, but it seems I have no choice. How can an app that used to work so well, suddenly become downgraded. This us not cool!
