Well, I just discovered it, accidentally I might add, but am already sold on its intent. Great job Product Manager, Product Owner and Agile Development Team! (Assumption made here on the software development methodology) It's awesome!!!!!!!

Help does not work! Cannot close account. They keep your credit card info. Support email doesn't work either. Cannot trust this site
Saved events

I'm not sure if it's a bug with the update, but only one saved event can show at a time; all previous "saved" events are no longer saved once a new event is bookmarked. This erases almost all use for the app in my opinion.

•Restoring login ability, seamless. •Locating event more than 45-days out within app, problematic. •Locating event using email invite, perfect. •Purchase on iPhone 6s Plus without using wallet or PayPal, too easy. •Receipt of ticket purchase and scannable tickets, immediate. •Personalization with name of intended ticket holder, not available. •Eventbrite Organizer app does not require proof prior to event admittance scan, no validation process (i.e. ticket password). _ One time use ticket passwords could be 3-4 numbers/characters with simple coding, add marginal ticket holder time and prevent unintended ticket scan. Thank you!

After a few hours, still waiting for the phone based app to show my tickets as I have them on the desktop. New technology using an old modem? Got to be a better way!

I like having my tickets available. Haven't used the app for any other purpose. 2weeks in. I have a good feeling about this app
