No Ticket Reserve as you enter CC info – Eventbrite Review

I was very disappointed in my experience with this ticket purchasing platform. I had logged in for an event, and as soon as the tickets became available I clicked through. I had entered my CC info, and ALL of the additional information requested. As I clicked to submit my purchase, I was told tickets were unavailable. Eventually the status changed to 'sold out'. I already had requested 2 tickets and entered my information. I do not understand how the tickets I am currently purchasing can be sold to other people! Definitely a flaw in the set-up. I am very disappointed to be missing a great experience due to this site, and do not recommend for other events to use.
