So, I'm still in the camp of "technology isn't where 'they' claim it is." I still print my tickets and bring them with me. The other night, I was meeting a bunch of people at an event with their tickets. When I arrived at the event, I realized I left the tickets on the table at home. After a mild panic set in, because I was sure that if once you print, you lose the option of using the digital bar code, I loaded the tickets to my phone, just knowing I was going to have to lose my great parking spot and have to go back home to get the printed tickets. Not the case. We were able to get into the event with zero problem. If you are reading this and laughing, you are probably in your 30s or younger. I'm still in the above mentioned camp but it was very reassuring to know I can do this. The app is very simply to use and quite intuitive. Great for people like me who weren't born with a smart phone in my hand. ;)

Eventbrite navigation is awful!

Poor and non-existent options to manage your events. Help and support are meaningless words and there is no one to to get help from. CANNOT RECOMMEND this sorry excuse for an event management software.
