I tried to book a reservation for a wax and everything was fine up until it was time to chose the date and time....every time I clicked on the person and the time preference it would load and then quickly show the current date then go all the way back to January 0001.... like January 1, 0001 as the date....I can’t change it by selecting the year so I have to sit there and tap 24,000 times in order to get to JANUARY 2017 this really needs to get fixed ASAP

It amazes me that the money you pay for EWC's waxing services that their app to schedule future appointments is so fatally flawed. Never once have I had a successful appointment made via this app. It's a joke. Don't bother uploading his app, it wastes precious space on your phone. Deleting app as we speak.

Misleading app ......
Sometimes the app is very reliable . I have made appointments In middle of the night. But there are times like now where it won’t allow me to advance pass the “Make a new reservation “ page. I tried to make an appt last week and I was experiencing this same issue .

Don’t waste your time downloading this app it is totally a waste of time. Even logging onto the website is a waste of time. Best bet, call the call center and book an appointment directly. Tooooooo many glitches!!!
Always creates a new profile ?

Everytime I try to schedule an appointment through the app it creates a new profile. When I get the EWC for my appointment, they have to link the accounts together even tho I use the same information. I’ve have bought a package and it doesn’t show that either. The app does not keep track of any points nor does it issue me any. From the app, I’ve sent this concern/complaint, but have yet to receive a response. Please fix the bugs in the app.

App used to be good, now it is un usable. You can’t chose a location. You can’t see prices of services. You can’t see any specials. You can’t select a tech for an appointment that’s if you could actually schedule one. The good news your website was worse. How do you get any customers? Do yourselves a favor, pick up the phone and call.

App no longer allows for booking reservations. Basically can only use to find a location and view existing appointments. Useless!

I swear both this app and the website are horrible. I can never get the app to work! One time I did and they never received the reservation. You can’t cancel via the app. A complete mess. Super annoying.
