Reservations not working

I updated the app yesterday and now my reservation isn’t showing up and when I try to book a reservation, none of the waxers show up to select. The app worked fine before the update for me.

I just re-downloaded the app because I got a new phone and it still works great! Was able to reschedule my appointment flawlessly! Thanks for making this easy to use!
What’s even the point if it doesn’t work

So much for the “update” the “make a new reservation” button STILL doesn’t work on the iPhone X. For as much promotion as they do for the app you would think EWC would have it together by now.
Zero function for about 1 year!

This app hasn’t worked in a year. Why not build an app EWC!? Make life easier on your clients and your reception staff.

I’ve had this app for over a year and it has never worked. I just tried uninstalling/reinstalling and it did nothing. I’m done- this app is worthless and is taking up space on my phone. It will be deleted shortly.

Can I give no stars? The app is a waste of time doesn’t work can’t make an appointment, cant’t change an appointment. Waste of space on my iphone I finally gave up on it and deleted it
