Update didn’t fix anything!

Ever since I got my new iPhone X I am unable to make reservations. This reason I downloaded the app to start with. Why else would I need this app? The latest did not change anything!

This application hasn’t been working for months! Almost a year! I saw it finally had an update and it was all good until it was time to make a reservation and the “Make A Reservation” option still does not work. What bugs did the developer fix because it’s the same issue. It’s very frustrating and there’s honestly no point in having the app if it doesn’t do what it’s suppose to do. I can just browse the website. Giving it a 1 star isn’t even what I want to give this application!

The only reason t have this app on my phone is to be able to make a reservation through it, but the Make a Reservation button hasn’t been working through the last several updates, and still isn’t now. Useless app.

This app was great up until a few months ago. Idk what changes were made, but the “make a reservation” option no longer functions. It’s pretty annoying because with having a busy schedule and unable to always call in to make an appointment, the convenience of scheduling to get waxed used to be a click away with the app. It was such a breeze! Please fix whatever bug is preventing this app from working!
Go back to the old version!

Aw man. I used to love how swiftly I could schedule an appointment with this app. But I hate this new update! It definitely still has a lot of bugs that need to be sorted out. I can’t even change my home location to set up an appointment. Undo this update!! We want the old thing back!

Why does the app keep getting worse? Nothing works, I can’t reserve or locate. I think maybe is this how you get customers to sign up for the automated monthly? This app used to work, can you just revert? I already complained and it’s like another update and even fewer features work, I can’t even look at services.
