App doesn’t work...

Tried to make a reservation and the app gets stuck on trying to find a location (still confused why they even have me set a home location when it makes me choose a location every time I want to make a reservation). So then I go to the locations tab to call the store directly to make a reservation. Still doesn’t work. What’s the point of having an app when it doesn’t even work?

Worked great on my old iPhone 7s, but doesn’t work to make a reservation on an iPhone X.

I usually don’t leave reviews but I just had to say how this is literally the worst app from the App Store. How can you have a tab to make reservations but the actual “make a reservation” button NEVER works?! Makes no sense. If I could give 0 stars I would. I hope this app gets fixed to actually function one day... and SOON.
Easily the saddest app

App has no functionality. Can’t even create an account successfully. Sad sad sad. I would take screen grabs and email their support to show all the errors, but I just know that would be a waste of my time. This company obviously does not concern themselves with the proper business technology of the day.
Fix the app please!!!

This app is driving me crazy!!! Appointments disappear, then they appear then no way to change things..... please please fix it!!!

Tried making reservations on the app several times and no list of times available any day. Downloaded the app to make reservations and can't do it.

Impossible to make a reservation. None of the features even work. Surprising that they would release an app like this that doesn't work.
