The app has failed to work since upgrading my phone. Last app update was over 9 months ago.

desperately in need of an update! used to work fine but now it doesn’t work at all! i prefer using the app rather than calling every time i have to make an appointment because i always have to spell out my name for the front desk and wait on hold. it’s very annoying. Also i like being able to view my passes on the app. Please please please update asap so i can use it again!!!! it’s so convenient!!

This app never works and won’t let you make new reservations. Clearly they are not trying to make a resolution since all the reviews are the same.
Doesn’t let you make appointments

Tried making appointments several times on the app, but it tells me to try another date/ time. It doesn’t matter what date or time I put in for, it doesn’t book. I then tried the website and it doesn’t even give you an option for bikini. I don’t like having to call because I have to wait until I have privacy. Don’t really want to say I’m making an appointment for a bikini wax in front of coworkers. I’m just incredibly annoyed by the website and the app. It’s garbage.

I saw there was an update for this app so I was hopeful that all the bugs had been fixed, but they haven’t. The main reason I loved the app before was because I could book reservations, but with recent updates, the “Make a New Reservation” button doesn’t even work anymore. I have an iPhone 8 Plus and the latest software installed so I feel like this shouldn’t be an issue. I would love to use this app, but it simply doesn’t work.

No lie I haven’t been waxed since app shut down my schedule is hectic and some time I have no time to call and I’m at work trying to sneak me a appt. then app isn’t working then I forget to call later super bummer

The point of the app is to make quick reservations but make reservation button doesn’t even work!

I don’t know why I still have this app. It hasn’t worked since the day I downloaded it. I guess I keep hoping that it’ll magically start working again...
