I started using ello a little over two weeks now and the idea to get folks to see your work globally and connect is fantastic! The efficiency and modern interface makes the overall experience make ello a true player for artist!

Feels a lot like the tumblr app. Also I hate that when I repost anything, it pushes the page back up to the previous post. Please fix that

i can't swipe down on an image i viewed to make it go away. i need to click it and yeah, it works, but i'm used to swiping down or up to make it go away. i really enjoy the fact that i have a two column view, but don't like the fact that it still keeps the entire comment the person added. some comments are really long and have mostly hashtags. i would accept 1-2 lines of words under the photo. not 8. (if i want to read more i would click on the post). oh yes! and a wonderful idea to make this app more modern is to make use of force touch. in the two column photo viewing i sometimes want to see a photo a bit larger but don't want to click and load the entire post. i read this in another review- reposting a photo i see moves the page, i don't think it should do that. it makes using the app feel jumpy. although, the layout and aesthetic feels Perfect! keep up the good design work.

I keep this on tap for when I travel and want to post to a place where more than one friend at a time can enjoy my travel photos. I love their respect for privacy.
