iPhone XR can’t log in

The app asks me to log in, but then the display scrolls down on the screen behind my keyboard and I cannot proceed. That is terrible.

App works 50% of the time. You’d think in a service business they would work out the app kinks. No appointments = no money.

I can’t log in, I’ve called and written emails multiple times with only one response. I’ve sent screen shots of the messages I’m receiving from the app with no response. I’ve tried creating a new profile with a different email address, which gives me the same error messages. The app doesn’t work at all; I’ve erased and re-downloaded several times, but it doesn’t matter. I’m shocked that a business like this doesn’t have a workable app. I want to love this company more and having workable technology is a must in this day and age.
Ability to search multiple locations

Hi- the app is great for booking appointments but you should be able to search for a time in multiple locations instead of one at a time- for example there are three different Drybars near me in nyc why can’t I search all three for the time I need? Thank you! Cate

Horrible “support” from a company that clearly cares nothing about their customers other than how best to take their $. When they validate that your email address is correct, when you receive appointment confirmation emails they have no resolution when you can’t log in and get messages that say they have no account under your email address. Worthless!

This app has no idea what my location is. It also won't let me cancel appointments and closes/crashes randomly. I also can't order products, which is what I really wanted this app for :(
Great App - Needs to show addresses

App is useful for showing appointment availability & I love Drybar but it's frustrating that salon addresses are t shown when you're selecting a location. I live in NYC and its full of Drybar locations - showing the address & cross streets would be so much better than ID'ing the locations with neighborhood titles like "Murray Hill" "Midtown East." It assumes we have Drybar locations memorized & requires you to leave the app & google the address. Pretty sure it's the same thing on the website.
