This app used to be good and now it’s garbage. It can’t find my dry bar location half the time when I use the search, it spins and freezes, consistently asks if I have extensions When I ask to not ask me again. It’s really terrible and I don’t understand why the developers don’t improve it.

I have been trying to book an appointment for the last hour (because the Dry Bar here is closed so no one will answer.) The app stalls when I get all the way to confirm. The wheel just spins. I thought maybe it wanted me to use a different card, so I tried to add another one, and it said “only three cards can be on file in our app.” But THERE IS NO WAY TO DELETE A CARD. It literally will not let me add a payment, make an appointment, or provide any help. Get a U/X team on this asap and try a million permutations. Don’t you want customers at your new location in Baltimore??????????

The “find a drybar feature is a massive fail.” I travel a lot. I often book blowouts in cities I am not actually in. This app doesn’t let me find a drybar that’s not either greater LA (the default) or my current location (must have location services turned on, or else LA is the only option). I uninstalled and reinstalled and the problem didn’t go away. What’s up with this code? There are about a half dozen other features that, at-a-glance, I can tell have been regressed to versions worse than beta testing. I am going to try calling to make a couple of appointments for an upcoming trip, beyond that, I expect to abandon the drybar. This isn’t worth the hassle

The old app was a dream - so easy to book appointments and refresh to see if any time slots have come available. This new app is super glitchy and not user friendly at all. Too many issues to even list! I now resort to using the website since the app does not even function and is useless. You guys are definitely souring the customer experience with this one.

It is so difficult to use - it’s creaky, it logs you out, it doesn’t easily save password to Apple.

The new app is awful. I can never book an appointment and I get stuck on the booking screen all the time. Not acceptable. I’ll take the older version any day over this useless version.
No functionality

I signed up for a membership however it does not show on my account either in the app or online. My location states that it’s in my account, but it would be nice make any changes to my billing credit card via the app.

I have to question if this version was tested before being pushed out into the world. Very, very buggy. Very difficult to book appointments and view times, locations etc. I was informed my card had expired (it had not) and there was no mechanism to update/delete/ or replace the card. I really don’t understand how this is app is not more user friendly.
