Great idea, poorly executed

rnwest2021

The idea behind the business model and app are great but they fail on results. The app is not “smart” constantly failing to recognize me and forcing me to choose my location. Also, despite being a “vip” membership and auto purchasing the highest monthly membership there’s zero “vip” treatment at the salon. Each time they ask who I am. Ok. I’ve been called minutes before an appointment and told the “computer failed” and there’s no one to service me only to then get charged for the appointment they cancelled last minute on ME. Ok. I have to call to fix that. Ok. May times I’ve had to reset my password bc it simply doesn’t work suddenly on the app. Ok. Today I deleted the app and just uploaded it again to write this and cancel my membership. Ok.

Didn’t know it was possible to be worse than first app

Unhappy scorecenter user

Terrible update. Please put “rebook last appointment” on homepage. I spend way too much time clicking around this app

Buggy and inefficient

Taticakes

Crashes constantly, doesn’t remember your login so you have to manually sign in every time. I’m better off using the mobile web interface

Cannot book…

Kiwikoala

I am a first time customer and not allowing me to book at all. How nice!

Frustrating app

Master of quality

It always makes you reset your password because it expires after three months. That is the most annoying thing ever.

Great update

jprovis

The new app is very fast and allows me to select a favorite location! Great work Drybar.

Not designed for the customer

AKB-AZ

Makes you answer the same questions over and over before even seeing what appointments are available. There are several locations near me, and I can’t easily see where I can go at certain times. I have to answer all the questions first in order to see the times and then choose another location and do the same thing. It’s maddening and no one is thinking of the customer in this process. The old app was a bit clunky but at least it worked quickly! PLEASE UPDATE

The old app was better

rkesler0401

The new app doesn’t work at all. I can’t seem to book an appointment. I have to go to the website to book, because the app is useless.

Lost a client

JayeB2020

I get blow outs 2-3 times a week and this is walking distance from my house. I tried to make an appointment online that didn’t work I downloaded the app that didn’t work I called the number for the local salon it went to a service and someone returned my phone call with an incoherent message. I am turned off to a point that I will never go to the salon - this company lost a potential client and a lot of revenue but they don’t have it together at all how can I trust them with my hair?!

Never Works

DeeLeeNYC

Drybar needs to step it up with their app and website capabilities. There is always something that does not work or has terrible UX. Every time I try to book an appt through the app, the little thinking wheel just keeps thinking and never finishes booking the appt. Please please please try to fix the issues with your behind the login/portal UX.
