This app was horrible at first, and it’s better now but still not great. The app shows up as a white square on the Home Screen of my iPhone since there’s no contrast. Not as user friendly as the last one was. Needs so much work.

Downloaded the app because Drybar said they’d give me $5 off my next blowout if booked through the app. After creating an account, the app just clocks on the login screen and never lets you in. Maybe don’t offer deals through the app if you can’t offer an app that works.
Not user-friendly at all

I liked the old app. I live in an area where there are several DryBar locations around. I don’t like having to choose a location, then go through the whole process of answering the questions just to see the available appointment times for that location. I liked the old app when I could choose when I wanted an appointment and it would show me which locations had availability around that time. It took me forever to book last night. Also, I always check the box “Don’t ask me again” on the question about extensions. It still asks every time. All in all, this app was a big miss. The old one was much better and quicker to use.

I wish this app would work. I can’t long in or make an appointment. I really really hope y’all fix it. It’s becoming so annoying I don’t want to try anymore.

I’ve been a loyal Drybar member (read weekly appointments) for 2 years and this app change is the driving force behind me cancelling my membership. It is not user friendly at all! All the helpful features available in most apps (remember me, easy sign on, pre-filling information, anticipating your needs) are nonexistent in this app. The reason for Drybar’s existence is convenience and luxury/pampering. No part of that is found in this app or the corresponding desktop application. Sorry Drybar, you’ve lost a loyal customer.
