The new app takes way longer to book an appointment as there are many more steps. The calendar and finding location is clunky as well as the Interface with extensions and add ons. It takes way too many steps to simply book an appointment. The old app was convenient. This new app is cumbersome and inefficient. Very poorly designed and bad UX overall.

It is absolutely appalling how terrible this new app is. This app is a total 180 from the old one. You have to jump through hoops meaning you are forced to answer the same questions over and over just to see what times are available at different locations. If you ask the app to remember not to ask you something again, it still asks you. Definitely not user friendly and writing this review is a better use of time than using their app. Also, the photos of the different styles do not do justice as to what they actually look like. For example, the cosmo-tai is a perfect blend of both styles but their photo says otherwise. Also even though they get a point for using an older model the lack of diversity is not lost in me.

Both on the website and on the app, I’m lucky to get in once out of ten to book something, then I don’t get a confirmation email. When I try to log in again to check it says my password is expired, even when I’ve just reset it. Something needs to be fixed ASAP.

The old app was so much better. This new app makes it such a chore to book an appt. you have to go through all the prompts to then see no appts available. No other options at any other stores are listed so you have to start all over again answering the same questions. Really the worst app update I’ve ever seen!!! Ugh get it together dryBar

The user experience for this is horrible. It makes you select a location and answer all the questions only to find that there is no availability at your selected location. You then have to go back, click another location and answer them. I wish they would just tell me which location near me had the earliest availability.

Please just WORK. It is so annoying not to see remaining benefits and half the time it doesn’t work.

I hadn’t used the app in awhile so I needed to reset my password. Once I followed the link on the email it said I successfully changed my password but it would not work in the app. I tried several times. This app is broken and I don’t think they want us using it.

I have two emails and when I signed up for the membership they got switched around. Now I get an error message that my account is not recognized. We have tried canceling the membership and starting a new one and even that did not help. This app is the worst! Now I have no choice but to call in every time I want to schedule!!!

My app keeps logging me out. And I’ve heard several clients say theirs is doing the same thing.

Glitchy app, if you try to pull up your Barfly membership on app it freezes out and won’t show your membership. How can you know if your membership credit is being applied to your appointment? If I want to see my appointment I can just go to mobile website. If App won’t let me access full details of my paid account benefits there is simply no reason to have it. I’m uninstalling app.
