Tried to install and link a card. It keeps saying internal issue. Contacted support but you get no help from them. Looks like a scam or something.

I have done multiple surveys and games. When starting a game sometimes the app is no longer keeping track of Games I have already started an once I complete the so called points etc, it no longer shows in the app as being done. Also surveys you will do a lot of Surveys am complete some of those an not get credit or it gives a server error right at the end. Please fix these issues!

I liked that if I need something to buy I can also get points from this app or download games and turn it into bonuses. I redeemed my points twice and it was quite smooth. But these days the app is getting very slow. I am being stoped during the survey, when I am nearly done. Or don’t get paid even when I finished the survey. I happened more than a couple of times now. It is quite frustrating

There are so many good rewards program out there…don’t waste your time with this one! I wish I never got suckered into it because even with my sign-up bonus, I’ll never actually see the rewards! Don’t bother downloading this app. I’ll tell you all of their secrets… “rewards” can take 3-6 months to post if at all. You can’t redeem rewards until you hit the $25 (25,000 points level) and even then the rewards are the equivalent of dollar store junk. Mostly worthless fast food gift cards. Want an actually good one like Amazon? Yeh you can’t get that until you reach $50 (50,000 points)!!! Oh and your points will never post. They’ll lie and tel you that their “partners” never reported transactions to them and they refuse to give you the points that you earned! You have to give them access to your credit cards and bank accounts for which they promise rewards that NEVER appear. Customer support is non-existent when things go wrong! I was even sent over to a “senior” advisor who is just nasty, rude and often ignored my questions. The app is broken is so many ways and they constantly blame someone else.

Ugh such a love hate relationship with Drop. Survey-wise, it’s reliable and you can earn points that way. After playing a good amount of the games for points on their app, half the time I’m not awarded points!! I will contact support and they send a canned response like “well you must have not allowed tracking or met the requirements etc” when I can literally show screenshots and timestamps of everything. And that’s SUCH a disappointment and waste of time since the games take a while. Will probably just do surveys now, which earn a lot less, but VERY disappointed in customer service regarding games.
