Worse customer service of any app ever. Written dozens of letters and no reply! I even contacted Toronto office — nothing! Hate this service.

Since downloading the drop app my phone number has changed. There’s no way to change it in the settings. I can’t cash out any points.

Great app. Very easy to download and leave alone for a while while you go about your normal life and come back to great rewards for spending money you’re going to spend anyway!

Some offers work great in the app, others, not so much. I did an offer with Empower, a banking app, through drop that promised 50,000 points upon completion. I went over the offer, it required a $500 payroll deposit within 60 days of account opening. No where in the offer does it state this must be the first deposit. So, a couple months pass and I never get my points, and I contact drop. They ask to see a screenshot showing the $500 deposit as the first deposit in the account. I reply with a screenshot showing the deposit, an explanation that it was not the first deposit, and a screenshot of the original offer that shows no indication it needed to be the first deposit. That was 3 weeks ago, and I haven’t gotten a response since, even though I’ve sent follow up emails asking for explanation. This is a new wave start up just begging to be sued for false advertisement, and if I’m not given what was promised I intend to lead the charge. I have several other pending offers that I have taken ample screen shots of to ensure I won’t be cheated because of made-up rules or unposted conditions. With the only method of contact being in app support, it makes my course of action extremely limited on how I can resolve this issue. Drop, if you guys are reading reviews, you really need to get your act together before people realize you’re cheating them out of what you promise. It’s false advertisement, and it is a crime. I look forward to updating this review with a resolution.

I love this app because all I have to do is swipe my card and I get points for my five chosen stores (including target which let’s be real, most of my money is spent there) and in addition to those 5 stores you can shop online at other retailers to get additional points back. And for every 5 transactions you get to play a bonus snake game to get even more points.

I’ve been having a problem with this app for months. If you have any kind of problem ever good luck trying to get someone to respond to you. I’ve emailed, Ive tried to open a ticket and I’ve contacted them through Facebook. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars on my linked cards and I haven’t received any points since May.

I’ve been racking up the points for several months, but all this info has gone missing. The only option I am given is to sign up for drop. When I try to do that (because starting over is better than nothing) I am told that my identifier info is already being used. Please fix. Please tell me what to do. Thanks. Judy Endow
