Fix supercharge bug!

Making purchases and not being able to do super charge bonus that you earn is frustrating. I get taken to a plain white screen after clicking start. Emailed them but was told the bug was fixed but apparently not and got no response after

I had an issue were my phone number change and to make changes you have to email customer services. Thanks to Jess I was able to get it done quickly. I emailed her and 10 mins (if it took that long) later my issue was resolved.

I have used this app for a year or two now and have always had a great response. I’ve redeemed multiple gift cards and never had an issue. For the past months however, I have tried to redeem a gift card and it says I need to reach out to support. I’ve reached out three times without any response for the past month. It’s as if they want people to leave their service which I’m about to considering it does nothing for me at this point.

I honestly use drop to accrue points towards amazon gift cards. I don’t spend a ~ton~ of money. But every time we’ve been short, we’ve had 20k points and been able to save half of the cost of our formula.
Can’t redeem points

You can’t even use this app for the only purpose of this app. I try to redeem rewards with my points and it won’t let me. Emailed customer service and apparently you just can’t redeem points presently. If you want to redeem any, you have to email them and ask. Response time is about a week from their support team.
