Beware of Games - half the times you don’t get points – Drop: Shop Cash Back & Rewards Review

Ugh such a love hate relationship with Drop. Survey-wise, it’s reliable and you can earn points that way. After playing a good amount of the games for points on their app, half the time I’m not awarded points!! I will contact support and they send a canned response like “well you must have not allowed tracking or met the requirements etc” when I can literally show screenshots and timestamps of everything. And that’s SUCH a disappointment and waste of time since the games take a while. Will probably just do surveys now, which earn a lot less, but VERY disappointed in customer service regarding games.
