They changed the basketball game, one of the few consistent ways of earning points. Now it’s much harder to get points and frustrating to play.

Drop is a scam. They never award you the correct points and always have some excuse of why you didn’t get the points, even if you met all of their requirements. Their customer service is a joke and has never helped. I have submitted request 6 times that have never been resolved. I was told once I would be given bonus points after a request and they never appeared. I downloaded the app after recommendation from Krista Horton, but I guess they only give points to influencers promoting them. I’m giving them one star because 0 stars isn’t an option.

I got my rewards once I hit 50,000 it took a little bit but got it this is a good app just wish the surgery’s was more available instead of constantly saying error every time… it’s good but then it’s not has good days and bad days but I got free items so this is legit

I started using this app a few weeks ago and just cashed out a $50 Ulta gift card and I’m well on the way to my next $50! It’s easy and the games I’ve been playing credit my account prior to me finishing the challenge. I just wish they offered a few more gift card choices! I guess that will be something to look forward to!

I have tried on multiple cards to redeem and it won’t allow me and the only answer is automated. Total garbage and a waste of time.

I’ve heard many good things about this app and being the money saver that I am decided to try it out. I have had my card linked since July 2021 and have activated offers multiple times and never have received any points. I have even shopped directly through the drop app on sites doing the bonuses (70k) etc and nothing. I contacted customer service about it and was told that they are aware that there’s a glitch that makes that happen but they were ‘working on it’. When I asked when it will be fixed and if I would ever receive the points for the offers I completed I never got a response. Still haven’t received any points for any purchases. Will be deleting.

ok definitely legit... but there are bugs when downloading games to play you aren't always prompted to allow tracking and even accessing setting as instructed the games don't show up... also as a suggestion maybe add new games frequently, also offer more gift card selection. just a thought
