Huge Waste of Time! – Drop: Shop Cash Back & Rewards Review

There are so many good rewards program out there…don’t waste your time with this one! I wish I never got suckered into it because even with my sign-up bonus, I’ll never actually see the rewards! Don’t bother downloading this app. I’ll tell you all of their secrets… “rewards” can take 3-6 months to post if at all. You can’t redeem rewards until you hit the $25 (25,000 points level) and even then the rewards are the equivalent of dollar store junk. Mostly worthless fast food gift cards. Want an actually good one like Amazon? Yeh you can’t get that until you reach $50 (50,000 points)!!! Oh and your points will never post. They’ll lie and tel you that their “partners” never reported transactions to them and they refuse to give you the points that you earned! You have to give them access to your credit cards and bank accounts for which they promise rewards that NEVER appear. Customer support is non-existent when things go wrong! I was even sent over to a “senior” advisor who is just nasty, rude and often ignored my questions. The app is broken is so many ways and they constantly blame someone else.
