This app never works. It is always frozen. The developers really need to work on it! It’s been like this for almost a year. I have to go in and close out of it at least twice every time I use it.

I have been on drop for a few months a really liked it. I was suddenly unable to access any games and the app started running terribly. I contacted support several times and they basically told me I must be doing something wrong. Absolutely no help. I finally noticed that you must have iOS 14.4 or lower. Are you kidding me?! So my up to date phone with iOS 15 is just completely excluded from accessing anything on this Drop and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it.

Love the app it’s great when it pays out. But having to submit tickets constantly because the game developers or when you do purchases doesn’t credit you the right amount or none at all is annoying. Having to wait 2 weeks to be told the game developer didn’t state you finished the game that was 20,000 points or higher to only get 7500 and you have to show proof you did in fact finish it. Please fix that part I’m okay with taking a point loss of 1000 or 2000 which happens all the time but not a 10,000 or more point loss.

This has been a great app but lately I have been receiving an error when trying to redeem my points for gift cards. I have tried everything and still get an error. I have attempted to contact support with no luck as I keep getting a chat response that someone will reach out for further details with my issue and no one has not have I received any email from support at all. Not sure what to do but I’d like to be able to redeem my points

I Recently sent my 5th support ticket request in this past month about a particular issue and still have not received any type of proactive response, just a generic automated response telling me to provide details about my problem. I had to laugh at this because all of my requests have been a paragraph describing my problem with the app. What a waste of time and effort!

Saddened to find that it seems like I have to unlocked the premium to use this app. It asks me to do that and blocks the offers from being seen. I found out that I can still scroll and read the offers, but cannot participate in them. It asks me, if when I click to unlock the premium, to choose my bank. I now back at my local bank. It is not a bank that is everywhere like Fifth Third and other well known and bigger banks are. Mine is Fairfield Federal Bank to let this app makers know which bank I am looking for. It is in Lancaster, Ohio if that helps. Otherwise, I don’t understand why the app won’t let me shop. It has links that says to hit to shop online. Trying to click them didn’t do anything at all. Is this a glitch tonight? Possibly just the Internet acting up? Problems with the app and it is just being goofy tonight? Is it because I do not have Premium? I am not sure. I really hope you can help me out. I don’t remember how I found this app a long time ago, but forgot and tonight watching a family’s video a man mentioned it. Thank you very much and have a nice day everyone! ?

Used to have major issues with getting points after completing a game. Now, around half the time i get them IMMEDIATELY. However, more frequently than I would like, I dont ever get them and I end up having to wait out the 2 weeks and create a ticket. Thankfully support is much better than it used to be and I usually get my points within 1 - 2 days after creating a ticket. Theres also some issues where the game offers will stay up for months even after it says they’re no longer available. 5 stars if they could fix the remaining issues! Great app, ive earned hundreds of dollars from purely playing mobile games from time to time over the past year!
