Great health app

I am a physician and recommend this app to all my patients. Allows patients to focus on what foods they should add instead of always focusing on what we should take away. Only small thing i wish it did was sync all the foods to the apple health app.


So many bugs
sorrow&disappointment

Only just recently downloaded and this is my second time having to delete and redownload. The app gets stuck on the day before and won’t advance. When you then manually change the date to the correct day it still shows the data from the day before. When you go back to the day before it still shows the same data. Great concept and I find it useful but it’s a shame that the bugs really diminish it.

I found NutritionFacts.org as someone brand new to eating plant based. I’d lost 80+ pounds, counting calories, then doing Keto, then Paleo, then Mediterranean... got to my goal weight, but had NO idea how to maintain the weight loss. After seeing Dr. Greger on a number of documentaries, I made the switch, and this app makes it so easy. What I love is that this isn’t so much about what NOT to eat, but what TO eat. Truly, if you can cram all this food/fiber in, you don’t have room left for a steak...

Clean and simple. This plan fits me well, I am losing weight without being hungry and while feeling better both physically and mentally. I would really like the app even more if there was a way to manually add some of the other tweaks he talks about in the book but felt they didn’t have enough science but couldn’t hurt (peppermint essential oil added to lotion for a nice foot rub for example). It would be great to be able to gather the ones I want to do in the same place where I am keeping track of all the other tweaks. Love that it is based on real science.
