I love this app! – Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen Review

I found NutritionFacts.org as someone brand new to eating plant based. I’d lost 80+ pounds, counting calories, then doing Keto, then Paleo, then Mediterranean... got to my goal weight, but had NO idea how to maintain the weight loss. After seeing Dr. Greger on a number of documentaries, I made the switch, and this app makes it so easy. What I love is that this isn’t so much about what NOT to eat, but what TO eat. Truly, if you can cram all this food/fiber in, you don’t have room left for a steak...
