Great way to keep you on track during the day on a Whole Food Plant-Based Diet! I use it on most days just to remind me to stay away from cookies and cake! Eating fruit and berries instead ?

Amazing little tool if you want to eat well!

I’ve been using this app on and off for years, and it’s a great way to keep in check and know you’re getting a lot of great nutrition!

Critical in transitioning to PBWF diet

The Daily Dozen app really helped me understand how transition to a plant based diet without worrying that I might become nutrient deficient in any area. This app was critical in building my confidence around plant based eating.

Excellent addition to food diet plan

Dr. Langner

This app has helped me stay on track with my diet plan. It helps me eat things that are healthy and also to eat those things in the correct proportions. It was especially helpful in the beginning for adding more legumes, and this more fiber, to my diet. It also reminds me to drink adequate fluids and cruciferous vegetables and nuts.

Every new Vegan NEEDS THIS

creedee89

I love this app. So simple and easy to use. It’s been an invaluable tool in my first 6 months of being WFPB. It doesn’t just say you need vegetables, you can get easy access to what they really mean and examples of what to eat. Vague enough to be very well used and specific enough to help me stay well nourished. Can’t recommend this app enough.

Love It! Could use a few features

This app is great! It is simple and doable. I would love (and use) an iPad and Apple Watch version.
