Amazing app by the way, very helpful. I used to eat nothing but potatoes and ketchup. This app saved my life. Anyways, I suggest implementing a negative score for food groups you miss out on. Kind of like how you get a positive score for getting a particular food group multiple days in a row, you should get a negative score for missing a food group multiple days in a row. It would better incentivize me to keep my diet balanced even if I can’t get all the food groups in one day.

I have never had this kind of success eating well and losing weight before. I’m under 200 pounds for the first time in decades it keeps getting better and better. Love this app and use it every day

I’ve wanted to start a plant based diet but did not know how. This app changes all that. I’ve been using it and feeling great. The explanations and examples for each category are all you need. Thank you for this awesome app.

I’ve been following Dr. Greger and read his books How Not To Die and How Not to Diet, and this App helps me track my daily dozen. It worked so well that I lost 30 lbs without even trying!! Whole Food Plant Based is the only way to get healthy!! Thank You Dr. Greger!!!
