I can’t believe how incredible this recourse is, at the touch of a button you have access to science based nutrition encompassing the whole scope of information available today. Handy videos easily explain complex dietary concepts to help you in your daily relationship with food.

Newest update has some bugs, like auto selecting all checkboxes in a set (you can’t select just one serving of beans, it auto checks all three boxes, for example) Additionally, the beauty of the app before was it’s simplicity but now it seems a touch more busy and complicated


Please fix servings tracking over time

Since the latest release (adding how not to diet), when I click on the stats button they are nonsense and do not correlate to servings I’ve had that day, or week, or month or year. I meticulously tracked my servings for over a year and to have those disappear is disheartening and makes me not want to track anymore using this app.

Normally this app is pretty rock solid. Recent update seemed to introduce a new bug rendering it unusable. • Selecting a square to mark off eating a serving causes all boxes to be selected instead of just the one. Then, when you tap to correct the selection, the boxes “flicker” and all boxes become unselected. Upon trying again the same thing occurs. 21 tweaks encounters the same issue.

This is so much better than dieting. I honestly feel like this way of eating is a life-changer for me. I’m grateful for all the info Dr. Greger. The only thing I’d like to see is my monthly progress. After the day is done, there’s no mechanism for me to look back at my week or month. That would be helpful for me to track my progress. Thank you again for this great way of reminding me to eat right. It’s kind of fun too:)

So easy to keep track of foods and exercise, and that gets the love! BUT how do I get to the monthly chart where it tells me if I’ve had all the servings, by putting a colored dot on the days? Why doesn’t it sync iPad with iPhone? How do I erase a day on the column charts (it put an extra day column in between 1/24 and today, 1/25, and that column shows zero activity)? On both iPad and iPhone, it won’t flip between calendar-based charts. I’ve been playing with it enough that I should have found its features by now...

Fantastic App !! So easy to use, it’s a Gold Mine of information on how much of what a healthy body needs, in an easy to understand app !! Dr. Greger is a Fun Genius who obviously loves helping people, and it shows. It’s a great reminder for the few things I may have missed during my busy day, and I get excited to finish off marking ALL my boxes before bed. Excellent Idea !! I hope the whole world finds out about this well thought out, easy to follow app!!
