Love love love it!!!! I hate writing reviews but sure is worth it to leave one for these guys. Fiancé had to take my car to work stayed back with the kiddos and let me tell you it’s easy to set up profile order and have your food at the door. Fresh and hot

Three times the charm

We have them three chances. Each one was late wrong and took like 2 hours. The last one was the last straw. We orders at 9. Our drivers kept canceling and when we finally got the order at 11 the restaurant was closed. Never using this again.

Hi when I sign on to the app and I go to mc Donald’s instead of showing burgers and fries and soda’s etc it shows tacos and burritos and etc so if u could please fix it that would be great

Had the most recent version of the App as well as the most recent version of iOS and was unable to get the app to progress past the door dash logo. Came to the AppStore to find an email to send to the team about issues and it takes you to a website to login and search for info.

Loved my driver! Service was great but had to order it from my computer because the app didn’t even open ?. Please fix.

I got home late from work, after having to go last minute for an emergency instead of heading to the grocery store earlier as I planned. Feeling like a zombie, I knew I was in no shape to head to the store or restaurant so I was delighted to see door dash was still available that late at night. I ordered our food right before 11 and given an estimate that it would arrive shortly after midnight. At 12:30 I inquired where the food was and was THEN informed there were no more dashers scheduled for the evening. You see, had I been told that when I first ordered, I would have sought other options at that point. If there are NO DASHERS, WHY CANT THE APP INFORM CUSTOMERS??? Then the “customer support” offered a $10 credit for my account. Not even half of what my order was worth, nor the loss of sleep waiting up for food that never arrived. I’m grumpy, hungry, and tired. Thanks a million

Overpriced Delivery service

I really despise this Delivery service. They charge fees on top of fees. Who the hell wants to pay ten dollars in fees and then have to tip which comes out to basically $15 dollars without the total of your order. That’s just ridiculous. And their excuse is oh we need to charge these fees to keep DoorDash going. Oh please! There are many more delivery services that don’t charge any fees at all. And not only that, sometimes the price of the items you are ordering are more on their app, then in another delivery service. Stay away from this delivery service and save yourself some money. They’re ripoffs!

My food has not been delivered twice with this service, and I was given no form of compensation. I won’t be using Door Dash again. Use Caviar instead. Much more reliable.

It's not worth it, they charge way too much and take wayyy to long. It would be best to skip lunch or run out and get it for yourself because this is a waste of money!!!

What do I do with my guests and no food?

I've order Japanese food through DoorDash for 8 people who I had invited for dinner. An hour later they sent me an email canceling the order with no further explanation. I had to call them and stay on the line for 30min to find out "the restaurant was closed and there is nothing we can do". How do I feed my guests and my kids 1:30 later?? They told me to order again and wait 1hour more. Worst company ever, don't use it.
