Disappointment everytime

Every-time I’ve used this app/ service something goes wrong. They cannot get the orders right, drivers take forever or they forget items at the store. I will only use this app if I’m starving, cripple with no other option and feel like being let down one more time. Seems like this app was made to refund customers for messed up orders and not satisfy their needs.

I send 5 email to changed my password, I couldn’t get the email. Try so many times still doesn’t work for me. Can you please help me out? I want to make money from this app

They charge a service fee of almost $4, plus the $3.99 for delivery, plus the tip for the driver. You spend around $13 to $15 for delivery. Skip it and use Eat24. Eat24 offers a weekly $2 coupon.
REPEATEDLY HORRIBLE SERVICE- ZERO STARS

Customer service is ZERO help, they do not even attempt to issue a credit with documented and repeated failures. Mind boggling!! I have ordered 4 times. First time, great! Second time, delayed 30 mins and WRONG order. My favorite restaurant isn't very close and only uses DoorDash, unfortunately, so I thought I'd give them another try. My initial order was correct, but delayed almost 30 minutes. My second order was received, acknowledged, then cancelled about 10 minutes before it was due!! They told me the restaurant was closed which was not true at the time it was ready. If the driver was delayed, that is not my issue. By the time I received notification, the order was due at my house in 5 minutes and it was 9:10 on Sunday night. Obviously, late again with no other food options that late on Sunday. I'm deleting the app and will take every opportunity to share the poor customer experience I've had!

I was charged for an order that didn’t go through. When I paid for the order using the app, I got a pop up that said “Oops”. I checked my bank statement, and I was charged. I chatted with door dash help line and they stated my order didn’t go through, even though I was charged and that I’ll be getting my money back in 3-5 business days. A piece of advice if you want to use door dash...just go to the website. The app may not work. DoorDash should offer tips AFTER the food is delivered, not during the ordering. The website works fine, but the app is flawed!

Be careful when ordering. You may have 3 cards on file, but this company will not stop to ask which card to charge. They chose to use my debit card , overdrew the account, and cost me an extra $34.

Most restaurants don’t have there full menu when your ordering. Sometimes they go to farther locations when there is the same restaurant closer than the one you get your food at. It’s convenient if you don’t mind the wait and don’t wanna drive.
