Worst service

My partner and I have been using DoorDash, because we are out of town this weekend. Last night when we ordered, our food was cold, and the Dasher could not understand what we were saying. On top of that, today we have been trying to get food for over an hour, and all door Dash could do since there were no dashers available, was to give us credits. They never answer their phone, and live chat takes forever. Even though we have submitted our order twice over the past hour and a half, door dash waited for at least half an hour to tell us that there were no Dashers available.

I was wondering what the minimum age was cuz I wanted to use this app delivering food and grinding money and tryna do some good service when I get my license which is pretty soon. But do I need to be 16 or 18 and I’m like almost 15 rn. I hope you can answer my question :p


No refunds

DoorDash gave me a list of restaurants open then after I place an order a complete my payment I get an phone claiming that the restaurant is closed which was not because I personally called them to verify that . So they issued a credit which means a have to use them one more time and it will be definitely my last time.


They cancelled my order no reason given

I placed my order and 10 minutes latter i get email about my order being canceled for no reason ?? And then they talking about your money will be refunded within 3-5 business days!!!!

Where’s the customer support?

We spent about 45 minutes trying to get an order to go through. We kept getting the same in app response “oops” we tried adding and removing promo codes, and looking for a way to get help, but you can only get help if you’ve already made an order. They started declining our cards and then upped the delivery fee, it dropped within thirty seconds, but we never could get any help or food. The app seems great, but total inability to contact someone for help before placing an order doesn’t make any sense.


Several bad experiences

I’ve tried to give Door Dash several chances. Every single time I order, my food is always late. I’ve had several instances where in the middle of my food being picked up, it switches to a new driver that takes longer for my food to get to me. The app has a chat feature that allows you to chat with support about issues and I have been kicked out of the chat while trying to find out why my food is late. Then when getting back into the chat I move to the back of the “waiting list” to actually resolve an issue. Deleting this app. I’ll pick up my own food for all the issues I’ve experienced.


Missing food and no customer support

Once again an item missing from my order and no way to reach customer support. This is the last time I’ll use your app. Too many mistakes.

More like TrashDash. App keeps sending my orders to the same address at a different zip code. I keep changing the zip code and it keeps defaulting to the wrong zip code, which sends orders to the wrong address. Sometimes when I fix it with the driver that means by the time the food comes it’s cold. Obviously not the drivers fault, but the App and company. Multiple times asked for refunds because my order has also gone missing or never came...AND sometimes TrashDash gives me a full refund, sometimes they don't (until I call and have to ask why).
